Every person is unique, which is why care must be uniquely tailored to each person and situation. Our staff is here to discuss your needs and what is most important to you, and will then devise a care and treatment plan that fits your vision.
Bereavement Counseling and Spiritual Support
No one should have to go through a goodbye alone. We offer grief counseling and bereavement support so you don't have to, and we can begin these services at any time. For those seeking spiritual support, whether religious or not, our chaplain is ready to guide you, answer questions and arrange services according to your wishes. Our team is here to help.
Continuous Care
Our skilled nursing staff is ready to provide care for a prolonged amount of time within a 24 hour period at the direction of medical staff.
Health Care Counseling and Supportive Services
Our medical social worker, in collaboration with our medical team, can help assess your needs and devise a care plan. Our team can gauge one's emotional and mental state and make recommendations, provide counseling, offer long term care planning, provide crisis information, and assist in the processing of forms.
Personal Care/Home Health Services
Our certified home health aides assist with bathing, dressing, personal care, and other nursing care as directed by a registered nurse.
Skilled Nursing
Our skilled nurses are available for a variety of patient services including surgical aftercare, intravenous therapy, medication instruction and administration, wound care, ostomy care, indwelling Foley catheter management, gastric tube management, chronic disease management, and more.
